Shipping & Delivery
All products ship within two business days so long as they are in stock. Given our large selection of collars and leashes, most products will be handmade just for you. Although we can often get them to you much quicker, please allow two to four business days for us to ship your collar/leash from the date of order.

Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada. If you would like to have a pet id tag shipped internationally, please contact us at info@thek9palace.com and we will ship it to you at no additional cost. We respond to all emails within 24 hours, although it is often much faster.
Privacy & Security
We collect personal information directly from you to do all the things typically associated with electronic and mobile commerce Web sites. Examples of the information we collect include name, address, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, personal preferences, credit card number, purchase and ordering information, demographical information, and sizing information.

You can shop at the K9 Palace with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you do not love your items, they can be returned to us within 30 days so long as they are unused and in the same condition you received it. Since pet I.D. tags, collars and leashes are customized just for you, these items are nonrefundable. However, if the mistake is ours, we will be more than happy to resend your order at no additional cost to you. For id tags, simply send us a picture of the tag and we will immediately ship a replacement tag to you. For collars and leashes, a replacement will be mailed to you once we have received the original product sent to you.
You can place an order with the K9 Palace online or by phone.  If you have questions, concerns or just want help picking the perfect product for your pet, contact us at info@thek9palace.com.  We promise that our quality, service, communication and your overall experience will exceed expectations.  All emails are answered within 24 hours, although most are answered within the first hour.  If you have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please contact us again.  This means we did not receive your email.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major credit cards and, for your convenience, we also offer you the ability to checkout using PayPal. PayPal is a third-party company, not associated with the K9 Palace. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.
Viewing Orders
You can view your order history through your registered account. Just sign in with your username and password and select the "My Orders" option.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information through your registered account.  Just sign in with your username and password and select the "Account Information" option.  You can change your email and password here as well.
